We all have junk and unwanted items. Do you have a bunch of rubbish, junk, garbage or trash sitting around your home or yard that need to be moved and cleaned up? We can help clean this mess up and get rid of it. Moving, lifting, cleaning and getting rid of these items can be a daunting process.
Volume-Based Pricing: The Industry Standard
In the junk removal industry, the most common way to determine the cost of junk removal is by volume. This simply refers to the amount of space your items take up in a truck. We price our services starting from as little as an 1/8 truckload, with options all the way up to a full truckload. This method ensures that you only pay for the space you actually use, making it a cost-effective solution for any size job.
Why Truck Size Matters
One of the key factors that influence the cost of junk removal is the size of the truck used. Larger trucks can hold more items, which means fewer trips and lower costs for large-scale clean outs. We takes pride in using trucks that are larger than those of most of our competitors. The average big chain junk removal companies use 12 cubic yard dump trucks, whereas we uses 20 cubic yard book trucks as well as 15 cubic yard dump trucks. This allows us to accommodate more of your junk in one go, ultimately saving you money and time.
Efficient Packing: Maximizing Your Value
Another critical aspect that affects the cost of junk removal is how efficiently a company packs their truck. The more efficiently the items are loaded, the more you can fit into the truck, reducing the volume and, therefore, the cost. Our team is trained to pack trucks in the most efficient manner possible. We carefully organize and load your items to minimize the space they take up, ensuring that you get the most value for the price you pay.
Special Considerations: Heavy Items and Construction Debris
While volume is the primary factor in determining cost, some items require special consideration. Construction debris, such as plaster, drywall, wood, tile, granite counter tops and other types of construction material for example, tends to be much heavier than typical household junk. Because of the added weight and the additional strain it puts on our trucks, these items are priced a bit higher.
Dump Trucks versus Box Trucks:
We tend to use our box trucks when we are hauling and disposing of bulk items such as furniture and appliances. This gives us more room to be able to handle your large item disposals.
Our Dump trucks are used for smaller, loose items of boxes and bags as well as construction debris. This makes it easier for us to load your items quickly and be on our way.
